Migliorare la formazione per rilanciare ristorazione e turismo, lo ha ribadito il ministro Garavaglia, un settore quello della formazione in cui spicca Alma – Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana, dove si forma la Next Generation di cuochi, pasticceri, bakery chef, sommelier, professionisti di sala e manager della ristorazione. Secondo il più recente sondaggio del career service di Alma uno studente su tre viene assunto nella stessa struttura dello stage, il 57% trova lavoro entro un mese dal diploma, addirittura il 97% entro sei mesi e il 70% resta a lavorare in Italia.
