Mercoledì 29 settembre si celebra la Giornata Internazionale della Consapevolezza sugli Sprechi Alimentari. Dieci chef attraverso l’iniziativa To Good to Go, renderanno disponibili delle “Chef Box” che conterranno un vero e proprio piatto anti-spreco, accompagnato dalla ricetta e dal conteggio delle CO2 emesse dai vari alimenti. L’obiettivo è sensibilizzare il consumatore sull’impatto che anche le piccole azioni, come appunto quella di “salvare” e non sprecare un piatto, possono avere per il nostro pianeta.
