Il Beverage Horeca ad Aprile ha registrato numeri che non si vedevano da tempo, parliamo di livelli pre-Covid, è quanto rilevano le indagini di Formind.
Bene anche le previsioni per l’imminente stagione estiva, nonostante si registrino prezzi al consumo in aumento, ma se i numeri cominciano a tornare, invece, è cambiato l’approccio con il quale gli operatori Horeca, in particolare i distributori di bevande, devono rapportarsi al mercato.
Il “long” Covid impone agli addetti ai lavori di ripensare i modelli previsionali, i cambiamenti in atto spingono le aziende di distribuzione a rimodulare la propria offerta e il loro modus operandi.
