In un momento di evoluzione delle preferenze dei consumatori e di crescenti aspettative di salute pubblica, UNESDA – l’Associazione che rappresenta l’industria europea delle bevande analcoliche – ha annunciato nuovi e rafforzati impegni in materia di salute e nutrizionediminuendo di un ulteriore 10% gli zuccheri aggiunti in quelle bibite che ancora li contengono. Un impegno concreto da parte dell’industria del bevegare che va incontro alla strategia dell’UE “Farm to Fork” e del suo codice di condotta per pratiche commerciali e di marketing responsabili.
