Unionbirrai versus Amazon, non è una disputa commerciale ma una rivalsa di tutela. Union Birrai ha, infatti, rilevato che digitando “birra artigianale” sul portale Amazon appaiono decine di prodotti che non possono legittimamente qualificarsi come tali ai sensi della normative vigenti.
Il direttivo Unionbirrai ha chiesto, pertanto, l’immediata cessazione dell’uso del termine artigianale per le birre che non corrispondo ai requisiti della normativa, esortando la multinazionale ad acquisire, da ogni fornitore, debita dichiarazione preventiva sul carattere artigianale della birra proposta.
