Ma la risalita ai livelli pre-Covid sono ancora lontani, proseguono pertanto i pungoli verso la classe politica di MIO-Movimento Imprese Ospitalità dove, il presidente Paolo Bianchini, chiede al Governo un più deciso e mirato taglio delle imposizioni fiscali tornando a rimarcare, per le attività di ristorazione, l’abbattimento dell’Iva dal 10 al 5%, come del resto è consentito dalle normative europee.
